Pando Rings Hacker Reenters Scene with $3M ETH Heist
A wallet linked to the Pando Rings oracle hack in 2022 has been reactivated after two months of inactivity. According to blockchain tracker Onchain Lens, the hacker exchanged 3 million DAI for about 1,570 ETH through CoW Protocol.
This is roughly $3 million worth of Ethereum at current prices. Additionally, approximately 800 ETH, valued at around $1.52 million, are also tied to this case.
The reactivation of the wallet and subsequent transactions highlight ongoing crypto security risks for DeFi protocols and potential market impact.
