Peace Deal Fails to Lift Cryptocurrency Markets
The recent reports of a potential peace deal between the US and Iran failed to boost cryptocurrency markets on Tuesday. Despite the decline in crude oil prices, easing bond yields, and a retreat by the greenback, cryptocurrencies struggled to gain momentum.
Large outflows from Bitcoin Spot ETF products on Monday contributed to the decline in cryptocurrency prices on Tuesday morning. The overall crypto market capitalization decreased by 0.57% in the past 24 hours, while Bitcoin shed 0.7% during the same period.
The leading cryptocurrency is currently trading near $64,165, still far from its all-time high of $126,198.07 recorded on October 7, 2025. Bitcoin's year-to-date losses stand at 26.7%.
