Pelosi Bets Big on Energy and Tech Ahead of Bitcoin ETF Surge
Nancy Pelosi's latest disclosure reveals her bullish bets on two companies through a combination of stock and call options.
The filing shows she purchased 15,000 shares of Bloom Energy (BE.US) plus 200 call options at the $100 strike, as well as 10,000 shares and 50 call options at the $50 strike for Intel (INTC.US).
The options expire June 17, 2027. At the time of execution, both strikes were roughly 40-46% in-the-money, high-delta LEAPS that functioned as synthetic long stock.
In related news, the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT.US) call volume hit a record 1.58M contracts last Wednesday, with its 3-month 25d/50d call skew rising to a 12-month high and a bullish signal for Bitcoin.
