Philippines Unveils NotarioPH, AI-Backed Platform for Electronic Notarization

The Philippines is set to modernize its notarization process with the launch of NotarioPH, an end-to-end electronic notarization platform backed by AI and blockchain technology.

NotarioPH aims to eliminate the need for physical presence in the notarization process, which can be time-consuming and inconvenient. The platform allows individuals and businesses to verify their identity, meet with a notary public via live video, digitally sign documents, and receive tamper-proof electronic certificates entirely online.

The technology behind NotarioPH is built on a strategic partnership between Gorriceta Africa Cauton & Saavedra (Gorriceta) and Quanby Solutions Inc. The platform utilizes AI-powered onboarding, blockchain audit records, and DICT PKI integration to ensure the security and authenticity of digital signatures and notarial registers.
