Pi Network Expands Utility with AI Tools and Jira Integration

The Pi Network's SoloHost platform has expanded its offerings with two new self-hosted applications: OpenClaw and the Atlassian MCP Server. These additions allow users to discover, install, and run software on their own machines through Pi Desktop without manual configuration.

OpenClaw is a local AI agent that can run on either locally hosted models or external providers like ChatGPT and Claude. This gives users more control over their data while reducing dependence on remote infrastructure. The Atlassian MCP Server, meanwhile, connects AI tools directly to Jira for developers and product teams.

The updates reflect Pi Network's goal of extending its platform beyond blockchain infrastructure into general-purpose computing utility. However, SoloHost remains in beta, with users advised to assess each package individually and install at their own risk.
