Pi Network's Price Stuck in Consolidation Ahead of Protocol 27 Upgrade

Pi Network's price continues to consolidate above $0.0800 as the project inches closer to enabling advanced smart contract authentication capabilities.

The Pi Core Team released Protocol 27 on the Pi Testnet on Saturday, marking a significant step towards the mainnet upgrade scheduled for September 15.

According to technical analysis, PI remains trapped between $0.1022 and $0.0853, with the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) hinting at tentative underlying demand.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is around 48, keeping momentum broadly neutral and reinforcing the notion of consolidation.
