The tokenized records represent live mortgage data from Pineapple's loan portfolio, containing over 500 data points each. This granular information offers provenance, update histories, and other benefits that address inefficiencies in traditional mortgage processing.

Pineapple Financial plans to migrate its entire historical portfolio of 29,000 funded mortgages, valued at more than $10 billion, to Injective over time. By tokenizing these records, the company aims to improve access and verification of financial data for stakeholders.
