Polish Court Charges Suspect in Zondacrypto Case with Computer Fraud

A Polish court has charged Roman Zh., one of two individuals accused in the Zondacrypto cryptocurrency exchange case, with participating in an organized criminal group that allegedly carried out computer fraud for financial gain.

The prosecutors claim that the suspect acted jointly and by prior agreement with other identified individuals to harm users of the exchange.

The losses incurred by users on the exchange amount to at least 7.8 million zlotys, or around $2.1 million.

Roman Zh. denies guilt and has provided testimony to investigators.
