Polish Prosecutors Charge Suspect in Zondacrypto Probe

Polish prosecutors have charged an individual named Romana Ż. in connection with a cryptocurrency exchange probe.

The suspect is accused of participating in an organized criminal group and misappropriating $2.1 million in user funds from Zondacrypto.

Prosecutors allege that Romana Ż. acted with others to make unauthorized changes to computer records, interfering with the processing and transmission of exchange data.

The suspect was detained on September 5 and subsequently questioned by prosecutors, who deny the charges.
