Polkadot Sees 150% Network Activity Jump, Fueling DOT Price Bounce
Polkadot's network activity spiked by nearly 150% on September 2, giving its token DOT a fresh catalyst for growth. The increase in activity came from the Products Devnet, a public development environment launched in July and managed by the Polkadot Community Foundation. With over 200 applications already indexed there, covering areas such as marketplaces, identity, payments, collaborative tools, and NFTs, developer experimentation is picking up.
DOT's price currently trades around $0.86, leaving $0.90 as the first level bulls need to reclaim before targeting the psychological $1 mark. A move from $0.86 to $1 would represent roughly 16% upside. Above that, analysts are watching the $1.05 area as a more meaningful breakout level.
AlphaPepe (ALPE) presale is offering an earlier entry point for investors. ALPE remains in Stage 20 at $0.02902, with a record $2.6 million raised and over 11,500 holders positioned before public trading. Its planned listing price starts at $0.08, creating a substantial gap between the current presale tier and the targeted public entry level.
AlphaSwap, an AI-powered DEX, is also being developed by AlphaPepe. The platform combines token swaps with AI-assisted market intelligence, real-time exploit alerts, and pre-swap contract checks. This gives ALPE an exchange-linked utility story rather than relying on meme momentum alone.
