Pompliano Predicts Bitcoin Will Hit New Heights Without CLARITY Act

Crypto investor and Morgan Creek Digital CEO Anthony Pompliano believes Bitcoin does not need the CLARITY Act to reach new all-time highs. He made this statement on his podcast, arguing that Bitcoin already has more regulatory clarity than any other crypto asset.

Pompliano pointed out that Bitcoin is not a security, it's held by hundreds of millions of people globally, and no legislation changes that reality. 'Bitcoin doesn't need the CLARITY Act,' he said. 'If the CLARITY Act never passes, we'll go back to all-time highs.'

Pompliano acknowledged that passing the bill would generate enthusiasm among Wall Street and politicians, potentially speeding up the timeline for Bitcoin reaching new heights. However, he emphasized that Bitcoin's fundamentals stand on their own regardless of legislation.
