$POOL Launchpad WPOOL Goes Live on Solana Mainnet, Integrates with Orca Whirlpools
The Solana-based launchpad WPOOL has completed its mainnet deployment after devnet testing. The platform, which integrates the $POOL token directly into Orca Whirlpools, marks a significant step in its development.
WPOOL offers several features tied to token creation and trading, including Orca-ready graduation, Fair Start, and Whirl Passport. The latter provides transparent launch data, while the former allows successful tokens to migrate directly into Orca liquidity pools.
The $POOL fee structure allocates 70% of protocol-controlled distributable fees to active stakers in the paired asset. This token also functions as a quote asset for new launches on the platform.
Crypto analysts note that fair-launch mechanisms like batched opening buys could address concerns about sniper-bot activity on bonding-curve platforms. However, the actual impact of WPOOL's integration with Orca's liquidity layer remains to be seen.
