Poolin Technology Pte. Ltd., a former bitcoin mining giant, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in New Jersey.

The Singapore-based company seeks to sell its remaining Texas mining operations after shutting them down on July 10, 2026.

According to the filing, liabilities for Lonestar Dream Inc. and Lonestar Taproot LLC range from $100 million to $500 million, with estimated pre-petition obligations at about $173.1 million.

The majority of this debt comes from customer claims, totaling around $163.7 million in unsecured IOUs issued after suspending wallet withdrawals during the 2022 crypto market crash.
