Prem AI Unveils CyberScan for Continuous AI Security Audits of Bitcoin Infrastructure
Prem AI has launched CyberScan, an AI-powered security audit tool for Bitcoin infrastructure. The tool is designed to provide continuous security audits and analysis of code repositories, helping developers identify potential vulnerabilities.
CyberScan was tested by leading Bitcoin companies ArkLabs and Breez during its beta phase. According to Roy Sheinfeld, co-founder and CEO of Breez, CyberScan has become a 'genuinely useful layer' in their code review process.
The need for such tools is evident following the recent wave of AI-driven attacks on Bitcoin projects. In July, an attacker exploited a firmware regression in Coldcard hardware wallets, draining over $116 million in bitcoin from more than 5,200 wallets.
CyberScan uses open-weight models to analyze code repositories and provide actionable findings. The tool is available through an API and Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing teams to integrate it with their existing development tools.
