ProShares Expands US XRP Fund Market with New Standard ETF Series
The US XRP fund market is expanding, with regulatory filings showing both a standard ProShares XRP ETF series and the company's existing leveraged XRP fund inside the ProShares Trust structure.
The SEC filing lists the ProShares XRP ETF under series S000091571 and the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF under S000091573. While this is not a new approval of a spot XRP ETF, it indicates that XRP is becoming more deeply embedded within established US fund complexes.
The leveraged product, UXRP, launched in July 2025 and targets twice the daily performance of XRP through derivatives rather than holding the token directly. ProShares reported net assets of roughly $50 million in late August.
This filing is part of a broader trend of institutional demand for XRP products strengthening across the wider market. U.S. spot XRP ETFs have pushed cumulative net inflows to a record $1.55 billion, after their strongest week in more than three months, with another $39.78 million entering during that week.
