Prospect Markets Teams with OG Prediction Markets and Crypto.com for US Launch

Vancouver-based Prospect Prediction Markets Inc (CVE: MKT) has announced a definitive agreement with OG Prediction Markets and Crypto.com | Derivatives North America to launch event-based prediction markets in the US. This partnership enables Prospect Brokerage USA LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Prospect Prediction Markets Inc, to offer event contracts from CDNA, a CFTC-registered designated contract market and derivatives clearing organization.

The agreement follows a previously announced letter of intent with Foris DAX FCM LLC (operating as OG Broker) and marks the transition from a non-binding framework to a definitive one. Prospect Markets is targeting a US product launch in Q3 2026, ahead of the upcoming NFL and NBA seasons.

Crypto.com's OG Prediction Markets and CDNA offer trading of prediction market contracts on multiple asset classes, including cryptocurrency, financials, companies, economics, climate, and culture. The partnership with Prospect Markets is expected to create new revenue streams for the company.
