Prospect Markets US Brokerage Arm Registers as Introducing Broker

Prospect Markets has announced that its US brokerage arm, Prospect Brokerage USA LLC, has become a registered introducing broker under an agreement with Foris DAX FCM LLC. The move allows Prospect to introduce individual customers to Crypto.com Derivatives North America (CDNA), which offers fully collateralized event contracts primarily tied to sports.

Prospect also established a separate institutional subsidiary, Prospect Trading USA LLC, which became a CDNA exchange member on Monday and gained direct access to the venue. This setup relies on Crypto.com entities for exchange, clearing, and customer-account infrastructure.

According to CEO Johnny Chen, 'Our focus turns to commercialization.'
