Prosper Unveils MemeRWA Framework for Integrating Verifiable Performance Data with Crypto-Native Markets
Prolific blockchain infrastructure platform Prosper has unveiled MemeRWA (Market-Equivalent Reference Wrapper Architecture), an innovative framework that seamlessly integrates verifiable economic performance data with crypto-native markets.
The MemeRWA framework consists of three core components: a verifiable economic reference, a predefined mechanism connecting the reference to the market, and an openly traded crypto-native asset whose price is determined by market participation.
Prosper's platform enables third-party Curators to deploy onchain strategies through two distinct instruments: Vault Shares, which provide proportional exposure to a strategy's assets and NAV, and p{VAULT}, a fixed-supply asset that allows the market to trade expectations around a Curator's future performance data.
The MemeRWA framework establishes a direct link between the two instruments, with a share of performance fees used to buy paired p{VAULT} on the open market, translating verified performance into real demand. Every step is verifiable onchain.
