QuFi Unveils Post-Quantum Verification Platform with Bitcoin Testnet Proof
QuFi Network has unveiled its post-quantum verification platform, which separates cryptographic verification from on-chain settlement. The development was demonstrated on Bitcoin Testnet4 using a synthetic token called uBTC. This system verifies BTC collateral reserves and issues compact cryptographic proofs that govern value transfers.
The protocol's design relies on three algorithms approved by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST): ML-DSA-65 for primary digital signatures, SLH-DSA as a hash-based fallback mechanism, and ML-KEM-1024 in key encapsulation processes for secure credential exchanges.
Industry analysts highlight that real-world asset tokenization frameworks require long-term cryptographic contingencies against the maturation of quantum computers. QuFi's platform aims to alleviate the storage, bandwidth, and computational burdens associated with processing post-quantum signatures directly on existing networks.
