The main catalyst for this uptrend is the team's decision to burn $108 million worth of RAIN tokens, exactly as requested by the community during the first DAO governance vote.

This move caught the attention of multiple industry participants, with X user Route 2 FI claiming Rain Protocol is building infrastructure that allows anyone to create markets for anything, adding that they have invested in the project.

The altcoin's trading volume may also increase following its recent integration on HyperliquidX, a decentralized exchange with fully on-chain order books and permissionless protocol.
