Rainman Trading is offering a prediction market for Bitcoin's price on August 10, 2026 at 7pm EDT. The contract allows users to buy and sell contracts with potential payouts based on the actual price of Bitcoin at the specified time.
The price used to determine the outcome of the contract will be based on CF Benchmarks' corresponding Real Time Index (RTI). At the last minute before expiration, 60 RTI prices are collected, and the official and final value is the average of these prices.
Users can earn $1 for every contract they own if their prediction is correct. However, users who close their position before the event resolves will incur additional fees. The contract prohibits certain individuals from trading on it, including those employed by specific agencies or holding material non-public information on Bitcoin.
