Raydium Brings Regulated Assets to Solana DeFi

Raydium has made significant strides in connecting traditional finance and decentralized markets with the launch of permissioned Automated Market Makers (AMMs) on the Solana ecosystem.

The new infrastructure enables regulated assets and tokenized securities trading within DeFi, allowing financial issuers to create liquidity pools with access controls based on identity verification.

Unlike traditional AMMs, these pools restrict participation to approved users, combining regulatory compliance with automated smart contract execution.

Superstate has become the first partner to adopt this infrastructure through its Opening Bell platform, where it plans to operate publicly registered tokenized equities and enable their trading within DeFi.

The move comes as institutional interest in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization continues to grow, with projections suggesting the global tokenized asset market could reach $11 trillion by 2030.
