Raydium Brings Regulated Assets to Solana DeFi
Raydium has introduced permissioned automated market makers (AMMs) on July 23 to facilitate trading of regulated assets on the Solana network.
The new infrastructure, designed in collaboration with Superstate, enables issuers of traditional financial assets to deploy liquidity pools that comply with identity verification requirements directly on the Solana network.
The permissioned AMMs combine issuer-managed regulatory compliance with the execution of immutable smart contracts, allowing programmatically verified users to interact with the system.
Superstate is the first entity to adopt this tool through its Opening Bell platform, issuing publicly registered tokenized stocks that allow eligible investors to trade direct ownership titles rather than synthetic derivatives.
