Raydium Introduces Compliant Trading for Regulated Assets on Solana

Raydium has introduced a permissioned Automated Market Maker (AMM) on Solana, enabling compliant trading of KYC-verified assets. This innovation allows issuers to establish secondary markets for their regulated assets, while managing participant eligibility autonomously.

The permissioned pools are controlled by the issuer, who determines participant access through smart contracts. Only verified wallets can interact with these pools, ensuring on-chain execution and security.

Raydium has partnered with Superstate, a SEC-registered transfer agent, to integrate their tokenized stock platform, Opening Bell. This integration will provide secondary market liquidity for Superstate's tokenized stocks, which are genuine equity securities subject to KYC and transfer restrictions.

The permissioned AMM is now available to asset issuers, offering a secure and compliant trading environment on Solana.
