Raydium Token Skyrockets 24.5% Amid Soaring Solana Trading Volumes
Raydium's RAY token saw a significant surge in value, climbing 24.5% over the past 24 hours ending April 26, 2026, according to CoinGecko data.
The daily trading volume reached $173.8M, which accounts for approximately 77% of its current market cap of $224M.
Raydium is an automated market maker built on Solana (SOL) and uses a central order book model similar to Serum's architecture, allowing liquidity providers to earn fees from both AMM swaps and limit-order activity.
The protocol also functions as a launchpad for new Solana tokens through its AcceleRaytor program, and its RAY token governs fee parameters and grants staking rewards to holders.
