Receiving Ethereum: A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Your Address Right
Receiving Ethereum (ETH) is a straightforward process that requires your sender to have your Ethereum address. Your ETH wallet, which can be accessed through the multichain Bitcoin.com Wallet app, contains a unique address for receiving funds.
To find your Ethereum address, open the Bitcoin.com Wallet app and scroll through your digital assets until you locate your ETH wallet. Tap on it and then select the 'receive' icon. Your Ethereum address will be displayed, which can be copied to the clipboard by tapping the clipboard icon.
It's essential to provide the sender with the correct Ethereum address for receiving funds. If you're using a centralized cryptocurrency exchange, the process is similar; however, it may take longer (up to several hours) for the exchange to acknowledge receipt and reflect it in your account.
