RedotPay Delays $1B US IPO Amid Regulatory Pressure
RedotPay has delayed its planned US IPO, which could raise over $1 billion, as it navigates regulatory approvals and legal disputes, including a lawsuit from Binance affiliates seeking nearly $473 million in damages.
The company secured a US money transmitter license this week and is preparing to launch its products in the country. RedotPay's Q2 2026 results showed record levels for users, revenue, profit, and margins.
RedotPay has faced pressure from Binance affiliates who claim they used confidential information obtained during their previous employment with Binance to establish a competing payments company and move hundreds of thousands of Binance customers to the new platform.
