RedotPay Delays US IPO Amid Binance Lawsuit and Regulatory Hurdles

Crypto payments company RedotPay has postponed its plans for a US initial public offering (IPO) due to regulatory approvals and a lawsuit with Binance-affiliated companies. The listing was initially expected in 2026, but now it's likely to take place in 2027.

The reason for the delay is that RedotPay needs to obtain regulatory approvals in the countries where it operates before continuing preparations for a public listing. This comes amid a lawsuit with Binance-affiliated companies, which are seeking nearly $473 million from RedotPay.

Despite the setback, RedotPay's spokesperson said the company is focused on global regulatory compliance and business growth. They also mentioned that the company has obtained a money transmitter license in the US and is preparing to launch its product there.
