RedotPay has been making waves in the fintech space after being named one of CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026. Just days later, the company found itself at the center of a lawsuit filed by Binance-affiliated entities seeking nearly $473 million in damages.

The lawsuit alleges that RedotPay co-founders diverted over 470,000 Binance users to their platform, resulting in claimed losses of approximately $472.8 million. The suit also names separate legal proceedings involving RedotPay affiliates filed in Singapore.

In response, RedotPay stated that the legal proceedings would have no impact on its day-to-day operations and expressed confidence in vigorously defending all claims. The company highlighted its business performance, citing a record for on-chain spending by its users and ranking as the leading crypto card program tracked by Paymentscan.
