Reform UK Donations Plummet Amid Overseas Funding Cap
The UK's Reform UK party led by Nigel Farage saw its donations drop in the second quarter of the year, receiving £5.3 million ($7.1 million) - its lowest level in 12 months.
The decline is largely due to a new government cap on overseas funding, which came into effect at this time.
The party did receive significant support from crypto entrepreneur Ben Delo, who donated £4 million, but the absence of multi-million pound donations from Thailand-based investor Christopher Harborne dragged down overall totals.
