Retail Traders Doubt Bitcoin's Ability to Break $80K in Next Three Months
Retail traders on Stocktwits are skeptical about Bitcoin's potential to hit a new record high this year. Only 11% of respondents expect fresh highs in the next three months, according to a recent poll.
The results show that traders are divided on whether Bitcoin's price will crash below $50,000 by May or remain range-bound between $50,000 and $80,000. A small portion, 22%, believe that Bitcoin's price will break past the $100,000 barrier.
A few users on Stocktwits think improved liquidity in the spring could support a rally, with one user projecting resistance near $100,000 and a potential bottom around $59,000.
