Revolut User Sends $5,000 in Bitcoin to Satoshi Nakamoto Wallets
A mysterious transaction has taken place involving wallets linked to Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin. A Revolut user sent about $5,000 in BTC to addresses tied to Patoshi wallet cluster, a group of early Bitcoin mining addresses widely believed to belong to Satoshi Nakamoto.
The sender began with several small test transactions before making a final transfer of 0.033 BTC, valued at roughly $2,170. Combined with the earlier transfers, the total amount sent reached about $5,000.
The funds came from Revolut's shared hot wallet, leaving the identity of the sender unknown. The Patoshi wallet network contains approximately 1.11 million BTC that have never moved since they were mined during Bitcoin's early years, worth more than $71 billion at current market prices.
