Riot Platforms Lands $9.1 Billion Deal with Anthropic
Riot Platforms has made a major deal with Anthropic for their Rockdale facility. The agreement is a 20-year contract that could reach $9.1 billion in total revenue.
The partnership covers 191 megawatts of capacity, which will be supplied by Riot Platforms' Bitcoin mine at Rockdale. This move comes after the company sold 3,778 BTC worth around $240 million in early October, with the proceeds being used to purchase land for a new facility.
