Ripple Backs XRP Ledger Upgrade with Cleanup Fixes

Ripple has backed an amendment for the XRP Ledger's version 3.2.0 upgrade, which includes cleanup fixes and lower memory use.

The fixCleanup3_2_0 amendment was voted in favor by Ripple and now awaits sustained 80% support from validators on the default Unique Node List for two weeks before activation.

About 26% of nodes have already upgraded to version 3.2.0, while 65% remain on version 3.1.3 and others stay on older releases.
