The company, which has applied for authorization as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA (EU 2023/1114), is not currently authorized but is limited to withdrawals during the wind-down period. Existing European clients are restricted to withdrawals until the exchange receives authorization.

Crypto-assets involve significant risks, including total loss, according to LCX AG's disclaimer. The company does not offer services to persons in the United Kingdom or the United States due to regulatory restrictions.
