Ripple Brings XRP Branding to University of Florida Athletics
Ripple has entered into a multi-year partnership agreement with University of Florida Athletics to bring XRP branding to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, home of the Gators. The deal is valued at up to $5 million per year and marks Ripple's second significant college sports partnership.
The partnership will include financial literacy and technology education programs for student-athletes and the broader university community. This initiative aligns with the University of Florida's commitment to technological advancement, as stated by Athletics Director Scott Stricklin: 'Florida has a long history of embracing innovation and technology to enhance the experience of our fans and advance our programs.'
Ripple's CEO Brad Garlinghouse is a graduate of the University of Kansas, which signed a similar partnership with Ripple in July 2026. The company's other notable partnerships include Circle's deal with Chelsea Football Club and Galaxy Digital's agreement with Texas Tech Athletics.
