Ripple Buys Up Transfer Agents for Tokenized Funds
Ripple has made strategic investments in ZILO and Licuido, two UK firms that help turn traditional fund shares into something institutions can use on the XRP Ledger.
The deals, announced August 3 from London, deepen existing partnerships and bolt regulated transfer agency, issuance, and collateral mobility onto Ripple's growing capital-markets stack on the XRP chain.
ZILO is a transfer-agency specialist that keeps official records of who owns what inside a fund, while Licuido handles the next step: issuance, distribution, and turning those fund shares into portable digital collateral.
