Ripple CEO Calls for Industry Progress After White House Crypto Meeting
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse expressed pride in being part of the White House crypto meeting and called for the industry to finish its job. The August 19 meeting, hosted by President Donald Trump, included industry leaders such as Coinbase's Brian Armstrong and SEC Chairman Paul Atkins.
CFTC Chairman Mike Selig highlighted regulatory milestones from the Trump administration, including the GENIUS Act and a strategic Bitcoin reserve. Garlinghouse responded to Selig's post, saying he was 'proud' to be in the room and encouraged the industry to keep moving forward.
XRP spot ETFs saw net inflows of $6.14 million on September 3, rebounding from a $7.20 million outflow the previous day. Bitwise's XRP fund led with $2.95 million of the day's total inflows.
