Ripple CEO Garlinghouse Set to Speak at Wyoming Blockchain Symposium
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse is set to speak at the 2026 Wyoming Blockchain Symposium, an influential crypto policy event. He will join SEC Chairman Paul Atkins, Senator Tim Scott, and other industry leaders to discuss the future of digital assets.
The symposium will take place from August 17 to 20 at the Four Seasons Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The invitation-only event is jointly hosted by SALT and crypto exchange Kraken, bringing together around 500 institutional investors, regulators, blockchain founders, and policymakers.
Garlinghouse's attendance comes at a crucial time for Ripple, with the expected presence of SEC Chairman Paul Atkins. After four years of legal battles between Ripple and the SEC, the event may open the door for discussions on future crypto rules.
The symposium will focus on three major themes: decentralized AI infrastructure powered by blockchain, Bitcoin's growing role as a corporate treasury asset, and tokenizing traditional financial markets.
