Ripple ETFs See Best Week Since May as XRP Price Surges to 7-Month High
Ripple's native token XRP has seen significant growth in its exchange-traded funds (ETFs), marking the best week since May. The spot XRP ETFs had been struggling with little to no actual demand, but investors returned on August 18, pouring $5.81 million into the funds.
The inflows picked up pace over the next few days, with Thursday seeing a net inflow of $13.24 million and Friday reaching $18.38 million, the single-best day since May 14. This brought the cumulative total net inflows to a new all-time high of $1.55 billion.
The XRP price also saw a significant pump, rising by 70% in less than 72 hours to reach $1.70 on Saturday morning. Although it was rejected there and pushed south to $1.42, the bulls stepped up once again to help it recover ground, with XRP currently trading at just over $1.50.
