Ripple Expands Stablecoin Infrastructure and Boosts Adoption with Strategic Investments
Ripple has been expanding its stablecoin infrastructure and making strategic investments to boost adoption. The company recently launched Ripple Mint, an institutional platform for RLUSD, which allows businesses to mint, redeem, bridge, and manage the stablecoin. This move targets companies that require automated access to stablecoins for payments, treasury management, and trading operations.
Ripple also invested in Notabene, a compliance infrastructure provider. The two firms plan to integrate RLUSD into Notabene's Flow platform, which connects over 2,300 institutions across more than 100 jurisdictions and processes about $2 trillion in annualized transaction volume.
The XRP Ledger has seen significant growth in AI-driven transactions, surpassing 1.4 million agent-initiated transactions on July 22nd. This milestone follows Ripple's launch of an AI starter kit in June to help developers build automated payment applications on XRPL.
