Ripple Invests in ZILO and Licuido to Enhance XRP Ledger's Regulated Services

Ripple has made strategic investments in two companies, ZILO and Licuido, to enhance the XRP Ledger's infrastructure for regulated tokenized asset issuance.

This move aims to improve institutional access to tokenized investment products by introducing regulated transfer services, asset issuance, and collateral management.

The XRP Ledger will now have stronger capabilities in compliant token movement, creation, and use in lending or trading, which is essential for its utility amidst competition from Ethereum, Avalanche, and Polygon.
