Ripple Labs Bolsters Tokenized Finance with ZILO and Licuido Investments

Ripple Labs has made significant investments in ZILO and Licuido to expand tokenized finance on the XRP Ledger.

The investment aims to make it easier for asset managers and transfer agents to work with digital fund shares without creating additional work or risk.

ZILO's Founder and CEO Phil Goffin said many firms are now moving fund structures onchain and need systems that fit into their existing operations, which Ripple's support will help deliver.

Licuido handles the issuance, distribution, and movement of tokenized financial assets, allowing those assets to be used as digital collateral through onchain settlement.
