Ripple Moves 50M XRP in Series of Large Transactions

Ripple has moved 50 million XRP from an unknown wallet to another address linked to Ripple. The transaction, worth $50.5 million at the time, occurred on August 13 at 04:40 AM UTC.

This comes after a Ripple-linked address received 150 million XRP earlier this month and held onto it without making any outgoing transfers until August 10.

The wallet then started transferring smaller amounts to unidentified addresses, before sending over 4 million XRP on August 11 and 36,000 XRP on August 12.

The latest transaction suggests that Ripple may be moving the tokens between related addresses before sending them to their final destination.
