Ripple Paves Way for XRP Ledger Upgrade Amid Price Surge

Ripple has cleared the majority of amendments for the XRP Ledger 3.3.0 upgrade, paving the way for mainnet activation.

The company voted in favor of three key amendments: ConfidentialTransfer (XLS-96), DynamicMPT (XLS-94), and BatchV1_1 (XLS-56).

BatchV1_1 has achieved over 65% consensus, with 23 out of 35 UNL validators supporting the proposal.

The fixCleanup amendment has already surpassed the required 80% threshold, with mainnet activation scheduled for September 11 at 11:15 AM ET.
