Ripple Surpasses $2 Billion Cap for RLUSD Supply
Ripple has exceeded its $2 billion cap for the RLUSD (Real USD) supply after recent printings.
The latest figures from Ripple show that as of August 31, there were 11 million RLUSD printings and 11 million RLUSD burns recorded in the wallet.
As of the end of August, approximately $1.31 billion worth of RLUSD was held on Ethereum, while around $1.04 billion was stored on the XRP Ledger.
The RLUSD supply on the XRP Ledger surpassed $1 billion on August 28.
