Ripple Unveils Key Upgrades to Boost Institutional Adoption of XRP Ledger
Ripple has announced five key upgrades to its XRP Ledger, designed to enhance scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. According to Ripple's Product Lead Jazzi Cooper, these changes will enable banks and institutions to securely use XRP for complex transactions and pay fees on behalf of clients.
The upgrades include private balances with zero disclosure, role-based access, and fee sponsorship. These features are expected to transform XRP into a primary platform for compliant tokenized capital circulation globally.
Ripple's latest upgrade, set for release next week pending community approval, is part of its ongoing efforts to boost institutional adoption of the XRP Ledger.
