Ripple Updates Developer Tools with XRP Ledger 3.3.0 Support

Ripple has released updated versions of its developer tools, xrpl.js and xrpl-py, which now support XRP Ledger version 3.3.0.

This upgrade includes changes to multiple protocol amendments, such as the retirement of longstanding amendments like Clawback, fixDisallowIncomingV1, and fixUniversalNumber, and the addition of the fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment, which packages several fixes for various aspects of the XRP Ledger.

According to recent data from XRPScan, the fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment is close to achieving majority support among validators, with current consensus at 77.14%.
