Ripple Valued at $50 Billion as XRP Price Remains Low

Ripple's valuation has seen significant growth since its last major update in March, reaching $50 billion. This represents a 25% increase from its November valuation of $40 billion and demonstrates the company's continued expansion.

The XRP price, however, has not mirrored this growth, currently trading at around $1 after peaking at $1.38 in March. This discrepancy has led many to question whether XRP is undervalued.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse stated that the company expects to reach an annual revenue of $1 billion by 2026, excluding the value of its native token XRP. This target suggests that investors are paying a premium for Ripple's business operations, with a valuation-to-revenue ratio of 50:1.

The company holds significant regulatory licenses and has maintained a cash reserve of over $1 billion. Its institutional brokerage, Ripple Prime, has seen revenue triple since integration, and its payment network has processed over $100 billion in transactions.
