Ripple has launched Mint, a platform that gives institutions more ways to access and manage its US dollar-pegged stablecoin, RLUSD. The company described Ripple Mint as a unified platform for managing RLUSD through web interfaces or API integrations.

The platform is designed to support both manual operations and automated integrations, allowing institutions to choose the workflow that best fits their needs. Ripple USD (RLUSD) was launched in December 2024 with a focus on institutional use and has since grown into one of the larger US dollar-based stablecoins by market capitalization.

According to CoinGecko, RLUSD reached its all-time high market capitalization of $1.8 billion on June 1, 2026. At the time of publication, RLUSD ranked as the ninth-largest USD-pegged stablecoin by market capitalization.
